Below please find the invitation to our annual Christmas in Austria
celebration to be held on Friday, December 7th 2018 at the festively
decorated Waialae Country Club.
This year we have the La Pietra Girl's Choir perform their Christmas program
starting at 6:15 pm. Please consider teaming up with friends and make a
reservation for a table of 8 with Roswitha (Ph: (928) 680-6403) and arrive
early to be seated before the performance !
As you can see we subsidize the rate for members from our portfolio. Maybe
you use the attached membership application and encourage some of your
friends to join.
We will have a rich and varied program in 2019 !

Dear members,
we invite you to an afternoon of genteel fellowship with good food (your own) and a few drinks in a romantic setting of the Kaneohe Yacht Club (Address: 44-503 Kaneohe Bay Dr, Kaneohe, HI 96744) on Sunday, July 15. 2018 beginning at 4:30 PM.
Eva and Hermann Allerstorfer are our hosts and AAH will pay for the reservation fees. Since we are limited to 25 persons we must offer this to our members in good standing first and take their guests on a space availability basis.
Here is how we ask you to proceed:
Send an e-mail to Eva A. at:  [email protected]  , (Ph:(808) 262-5409 only if you have no e-mail available) listing all your name(s).
List guest(s) in the same e-mail but identify them as guests.
The first 25 persons will have a reservation confirmed by Eva by e-mail or phone call. If by July 10th at noon there are less than 25 members reserved, guests will be accepted based on the date stamp of your e-mail.
You bring your own food and side dishes for yourself and your guests. You may want to bring items to be grilled on the KYC BBQ grille or you may bring whatever picnic dinner you wish to consume if BBQ is not your game.
Drinks, other than water - must be purchased from the Kaneohe Yacht Club via script available from Eva at $ 7 each for domestic Wine, sparkling wine or domestic beer on the day of the event.
NOTE:  We are planning an unscheduled, surprise Wine tasting and Pupu event at the Esplanade Condo in Hawai’i Kai organized by our AAH Officer at Large Markus Krendl and assisted by our membership chair Isabella Forster for Sunday, August 12th 2018. Details will follow shortly !

This year the Weltbund conference is in Innsbruck, Austria from Thursday
Sept. 6 until Sunday Sept. 9, 2018 (the dates contained in our previously
published memo of annual events was wrong !).

Below you will find all necessary forms. As many of you know, there is a
discount for those of you who already have the WB VorteilsCard. Please see
the memo at the bottom for a notice of change of the annual VorteilsCard.

If you are new to the Weltbund and a paid up AAH member and intend to attend
this year please contact me with the exact name (s) of attendees prior to
May 27th 2018 in order that I initiate a VorteilsCard for you. The
VorteilsCard is free of charge but we are limited to 20 issues, first come
first served !
